Ordering
3 questions
No. You can check out as a guest, and we email you a tracking link that works without a login. An account is worth having if you order more than once: it stores your addresses, keeps every order in one list, and is what loyalty points and store credit attach to.
You can cancel from your order page while it is still being prepared — that is, before it is handed to the courier. Once it ships, cancelling is no longer possible and you would raise a return instead. Cancelling puts the items straight back on sale and returns any store credit, gift card balance and loyalty points the order used.
Every figure is calculated by the shop, not by your browser, and it is recalculated when something that affects it changes — the delivery city, a coupon, or a price the shop has since updated. The total on the checkout page is the total you are charged; nothing is added afterwards.
Delivery
2 questions
Delivery is priced by area, so the exact charge appears at checkout once you enter your city — along with the options available there and how long each takes. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown at the top of the site ship free.
If you have an account, every order and its live status is under My orders. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link from your confirmation email — it is the whole address, including everything after the question mark. Once the parcel is handed to the courier, their own tracking number appears alongside it.
Payment
3 questions
Cash on delivery, or online through the payment options shown at checkout. Card and wallet payments happen on the provider’s own secure page — this shop never sees or stores your card details.
Store credit and gift cards are tender: they pay an order down after tax and delivery are worked out, and whatever is left is what you actually hand over. Loyalty points are a discount instead — they come off the order total itself. You can use all three on one order, and the checkout shows exactly how much each one took before you commit.
Points can only be spent against what the order is actually worth, so a small order uses fewer of them than a large one no matter how many you hold. The rest stay on your balance. The checkout tells you how many were used on that order.
Returns & refunds
3 questions
Anything from an order that has been delivered, up to the quantity you have not already returned. Start it from Returns & refunds in your account: pick the order, choose the items and quantities, and tell us what went wrong.
There is no countdown. A return can be raised on any delivered order for any quantity still outstanding. If that ever changes, the deadline will be shown on the order itself rather than buried here.
A refund is capped at what was actually charged for the items coming back, and any order-level discount is shared across them proportionally — so a discounted order refunds the discounted amount, not the pre-discount one. Where the money goes depends on how the order was paid; you will see it on the return before it is approved.
Products
2 questions
Yes. What you see is what is genuinely available to buy — units already held by someone else’s unpaid order are not counted. That is why a quantity you could add an hour ago can occasionally be gone by checkout.
Both, from the product page, once you are signed in. Reviews are checked before they appear. Questions are answered by our team on the page itself, so the answer helps whoever asks the same thing next.
