Returns and refunds

If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.

What you can return: unused items in their original packaging. What you cannot return: perishable goods, and items marked non-returnable on the product page.

How to start: open the order in your account and choose "Report an issue". You do not need to call first.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bKash or bank transfer.
