The seal on my jar was not tight and about a fifth of it had escaped into the box. Support replaced it within a day, which is why this is two stars and not one, but I should not have had to ask.

That should not have happened and we are sorry. The replacement went out the same day; the batch it came from has since been pulled and re-sealed.

No complaints about what is inside — colour and aroma are consistent with the last jar. One star off because the outer carton arrived dented, though the jar itself survived. Would still recommend.

The weight is exactly as listed, that is on me for not reading properly. Quality is good. Three stars because for this price I expected the larger size to be the default option.

Cheaper elsewhere, but you can taste where the money went. A little goes much further than the supermarket version, so per dish it works out about the same.

Ordered on a Sunday evening, had it Tuesday morning inside Dhaka. Cash on delivery worked without any fuss and the rider waited while I checked the seal.

About six months if you close it properly and always use a dry spoon. Moisture is what shortens it, not time on the shelf.

Same batch, same lot number — the only difference is the container. The larger pack works out cheaper per gram, which is why the per-unit price on the page differs.

No. Keep it in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sun and it holds for the full shelf life on the label. Refrigerating it is not harmful, but it makes the contents harder to spoon out.
