About this product

Collected by mouals working the Sundarban during the khalisha bloom, then strained cold through muslin and nothing else. It crystallises in winter, which is what real honey does. Every batch carries a lab report number printed on the jar — moisture, HMF and pollen count.

    Smells like my nanu’s kitchen

    No complaints about what is inside — colour and aroma are consistent with the last jar. One star off because the outer carton arrived dented, though the jar itself survived. Would still recommend.

    Same batch, same lot number — the only difference is the container. The larger pack works out cheaper per gram, which is why the per-unit price on the page differs.

  • Does this need refrigeration in Dhaka summer heat?

    No. Keep it in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sun and it holds for the full shelf life on the label. Refrigerating it is not harmful, but it makes the contents harder to spoon out.
